I discovered yoga 15 years ago in a local gym in Brazil. Since then, yoga has helped me to manage stress, anxiety, pain, pre and post natal recovery, increase motivation, develop self-confidence and improve health in general.
When I started practising regularly, I noticed a profound affect on my way of living, family and community. Everything changed, from how my body and mind felt to my outlook on life and how I handled my daily life. That's the reason I became a teacher, as I wanted to help people to feel free of aches and pain, be true to who they really are, feel more balanced - living a happy and healthy life.
